Hello guys ...

I have received a refusal for my study permit application, I do respect the officer decision, however, he kept me very confused about the basis behind this refusal. I have managed to complete all the aspects required to support my file, such as:
College admission (Related to my university studies & experience), Financial ability (Bank statement), Home ties (An older father to take care of, business to take care of, wife and kids, utilities to pay monthly , current job letter and new job offer upon my arrival.
In other words I have managed to show up all the related supporting documents, but unfortunately got rejected as bellow reasons:
Home Ties/Current employment situation/Purpose of study

As a matter of fact I’m totally confused, I have shown the relevant documents that satisfy these 3 above mentioned reasons , Could anyone in here kindly guide me further how to deal with this 3 reasons or what else I get to show in order to re-apply again.
P.S I have applied for Access to Information Request
