I have a situation described as below :
Situation : I am a full time student attending the 3 years certification course. I am currently attending the last semester program. Although I was not able to attend one of my course because of prerequisites. Looking into it I will only be able to attend that course during September 2019 to December 2019 period. Therefore I will have 8 months starting from January 2019 to September 2019 in which I wont be attending school since there is no class for me to attend.
Question :
1) Since I will be a part time student during september 2019 to december 2019, will it affect my chances of achieving the PGWP?
2) Will I be able to work during the 8 months time period in which I dont have school ? If yes, How many hours can I work.
For 2nd question : I am aware that the students are not supposed to work ,unless if it is a scheduled break or full time students working maximum 20 hours a week.
But looking at the work-off campus tool (link below) : It says you could work 20 hours while attending part time school if it is your last semester course. Although I am unable to find credible information as to if I can work during 8 months or not.

Could you please provide me with the advice that adheres to the rules of PGWP, so that I do not run into issues when I apply for it. Any suggestions are welcome.
