Can anyone tell me how long i have to wait. Its been 3 weeks but the processing time for ethiopian says 15 days. My class will start on October 31st.

Don’t know where you read 15 days but it is 13 weeks. Dont’ think you are eligible for SDS(15 day processing) but it hasn’t been 15 days since before Covid.

Most likely you will not get a response for another 10 weeks or more.

Note that 13 weeks is the current average processing time. It does not guarantee that you will receive a decision before 13 weeks. My wife's application took 19 weeks and there are cases where it can take even longer.
