I would suggest you not rush this very fast which you are trying to do. Visa officer will ask why you are doing another bachelor's instead of masters and you will have to give him a valid reason for why you are doing so. If you are sincere in your change and you are able to explain that to the visa officer convincingly then you shouldn't have any issues.
