STUDY + WORK (Personal History)

Hi Members,

I worked in the piping field for 3 years after my diploma in mechanical Engg. During that period i passed AMIE course also. AMIE is equivalent to Bachelors and it was recognized by WES. My question is Can i show work+study in the personal history form during that period.Will this experience be valid for getting points, since AMIE is distance education course.

If WES recognized your education credentials as a Canadian equivalent of a Bachelor's degree, then it is okay. Please note that you will have to provide a letter of reference from your employer indicating your working hours worked per week or per year (at least 30 hours a week needed to be qualified as a full time work)

You may also provide additional information to clarify the situation in your cover letter, if you want.
