I am planning to do a diploma course in September 2020 my kid would be 1 year by that time.. Any suggestions on how to take care of him. Nanies are costly over there I guess

Yes - nanies / daycares are very expensive. If you're in Toronto, this could cost you an extra $20K per year on top of your other living expenses. I would recommend contacting the school you plan to attend to see if they offer discounted day care services and whether you would qualify as an international student.

You would need to show that you have the extra funds needed to care for a child (including childcare) when applying for your child’s TRV.
