Hi All,
My brother has completed B-Tech mechanical from India and looking forward to move to Canada on student visa. I am looking at following 2 options for him at the moment:
1. Admit in Mechanical Diploma program in Nait, Edmonton, Alberta.
2. Admit in Master's program in University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta.
Which program has better chances of getting visa? I keep hearing going for lower study(From Degree to Diploma) increase chances of rejection.
I am inclined towards NAIT due to its curriculum and industry oriented courses. Worst come worst I am willing to admit him in University, get visa and change course once he is here.
I am permanent resident in Canada. Will this affect his visa process in any way? Positive or negative?
Thank you,
