My parents have applied for PR in 2008 and I came to know about it only a few weeks ago. Now I want to study in Canada and will be applying for Study Visa soon. I do not want to go through the hassle of explaining and have asked my parents about it. To accommodate my concern and also due to the fact that they are no more interested to move to Canada, they sent a withdrawal letter (email) to the Canadian Immigration around a month ago.
Now my question is:
- Should I mention my parents decision to withdraw PR application in my Study Visa application form or not?
- Why is not Canadian Immigration not responding to my parents withdrawal application?
- My parents want to go to Canada to reach me to college? Will this withdrawal of PR application has any effect on their Visit Visa application.

Thank you for anyone clarifying my above concerns.
