Study visa rules for a student already studying canada

Hi guys, Im planning to do two consecutive PG certificate programs in Canada. I want to know what are the rules apply when a student who is already studying in Canada apply for study visa?

1.Do we need to show the funds for living expense? 10000$
2.What are the fee deadline for college?

Pl let me know any other rules which is important.
