My study visa was refused twice and i have applied for 3rd time on 27th feb and there isn't any update regarding my file,,,its still under process,,,acc to Visa officer's review i have changed my college and course this time as he stated that my proposed studies are not relevant for jobs in India and i would not be able to handle the course at caanadian instituteiand weak academics was also his assesment. I really dnt understand how colud they underestimate someone. Is it possible to get a visa with such a review.
