I had appealed for re-evaluation of my marks in one subject in grade 12 from PSEB (Punjab School Education Board). My result came online but the new report card was not issued yet.
I submitted my visa application to IRCC with my old report card. CHC asked for clarification regarding my 12 grade marks as my 2 marks got reduced from the grand total due to re-evaluation.I gave all the supporting documents to prove that it was not done intentionally. Still my visa got refused under section 40(1)(a) ,40(2)(a) and also my fees has become non refundable.
What should i do?
Is there any way to remove the 5 year ban?
As it is not my mistake.
The online website from where the visa officer checked and verified my marks aslo mentioned (re-evaluated result), still my visa got refused.
