Study Visa Refusal

Hi All,

I am Iranian and I applied for the Master of MBA in Canada. I got refused for the study permit twice .The reason was "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay "

I did include my property documents for my apartment and all my employments history. I live with my parents currently and I mentioned this in my SOP clearly that they depends on me. I do not know what else I could have done!

I want to reapply. Please help!

What is your employment and education history? Assume you may have been born in 1977 so you are over 40 so not a typical time to pursue an MBA and more likely an immigration attempt given the economic situation in Iran.

im sure you know the answer. iran is in deep economic and political trouble (which also flares up often) and clearly anyone from iran would very likely have an intention to stay on in canada.

even if you TRULY did not wish to do so, it would be hard to convince the vo since an overwhelming majority, as i said, would want to do so.

I am software engineer working full time for a company.and I am 37 years old. Lots of my friend received the visa with the same situation as me. So my question is what is wrong with my application?

You are right. However lots of my Iranian friends received visa recently without any problem, the same situation as me. so my question is what is wrong with my application? Any help.

Given your current employment and the cost of education in Canada it wouldn’t make much sense to leave your job and to pay for schooling abroad. Do you have a family? Are you requesting that they move to Canada as well? To help you you need to provide more information about your education, work history, family, savings, etc.

I do not have any problem with the cost. My family is not moving, just me. I am a software engineer and work as an engineer. What document should I provide for the problem I have. I already showed them my employer letter and my apartment document and my dependency to my parent as I live with them currently. What else?

I did. I am waiting. Yes I had SOP.

UCW in Vancouver.

Probably another reason for refusal. You are leaving a good job and your family for 1 year and paying lots of money to attend an MBA that is not recognized by most Canadian employers. Would not recommend spending money on that school. It essentially a small school in an office building.

If you can not help just S...Up!

It shows that you do not intend to be a genuine student, and only doing this so that you can STAY in Canada. So you were correctly refused for your study permit. Twice.

Apply to a more prestigious university.
