Study visa for divorce pending case

I am separated since past one year from my husband now I have filed divorce and two other cases.I have two queries

1) last year I had admit from a canada University we mentioned legally separated without any documentation attached to justify it. Applied both times visa for rejected. I would like to know can I go for my master's next year , if by that time my divorce is not finalized how should I apply for my visa what documents should be attached?

Attach whatever documents are relevant to proving your marital status. If that changes after you submit the application raise a webform with the new documents.
