Study Visa for both USA and Canada

Hello,

I have submitted application for Canada study permit and it is under processing. However, for Canada I already gave my Biometrics.
Meanwhile, can I also submit study visa application for USA ?

If I be accepted by USA first and later by Canada, I will choose Canada for sure. Will there be impact on immigration as I will not go USA ?

Anyone knows outcome of this dilemma.

You can apply for US visa. Two different countries with different immigration systems. No impact.

Thanks a lot! Will there be any consequence if my F1-Visa approved and I decided NOT to go USA rather to Canada in later stage.

Sure, I will check this USA immi. forum. Can I then ask the opposite- if someone receive Canada Study Permit and did not join. Will that impact on Canada PR application or other Temporary Travel Visa ?

No impact. Canada and the US are two different countries with their own immigration rules.
