Study visa applied in Oct ( non SDS)

Submitted application through agent on 15 October
Medical and biometric done upfront ( got one refusal in August)
Got two mails, one after 14 days and second one after 14 days from the first mail.
No updates after that
 
Non SDS, Paper based application

October 15- Upfront Medical
October 16- Submission of Application and Biometrics (also submitted the passport) to VFS
October 16- Biometrics Updated
October 18- Background check completed
October 31- Passed Medical exam
November 6- Got my Correspondence Letter for Biometrics
November 6- Eligibility has been reviewed
November 7- Application was APPROVED!

How you get it before the end of processing time?
It's less than 4 weeks and processing time of philippines is 6 weeks?
Is it possible to get the decision before that time mentioned in cic.
I applied 24oct , processing time 7 weeks, No response yet..

Yes, it depends on the number of applications submitted and if it's a peak season or not. Processing times on CIC are estimated
