Study visa application not found

Hi,

I had submitted my study permit application on 15th Nov 2020. After payment was done, my application has disappeared and I cannot find it in my gckey account. Also there was no UCI or application number generated and I have not received any acknowledgement or mail from cic till now.
Kindly suggest or guide what can I do to resolve this.

Something must have gone wrong with the payment.

The payment did go through, the application is not available in both sections;submitted and to be submitted. I did raise a technical issue on the application help portal with screenshots of my gckey home and payment receipt.

There's probably some technical issue going on currently since most people are unable to access their applications (502 Bad gateway error). I think yours will be visible once this issue gets resolved.
