Study visa application approved but didn't receive port of entry letter

Hi All,
My study visa application got approved 3 months back and passport was returned back to me with sticker in it but no update regarding port of entry/introduction letter in GCKEY account.
I have submitted many webform but no response
Is the port of entry letter mandatory ?
Could you please suggest me what to do?
