Study Section - full time or part time? Express entry form fill up

hlw plz help...um trying to fill up express entry form where in study section they say one must be in class 15 hrs per week in the academic year to be considered as full time student.

I have spent 12 hrs per week in some semester and lower than that in some other semesters and more than 15 hrs per week in internship. It took me 14 semesters (2008-2012) to complete my graduation including internship. i had dual major. My uni considers anyone taking 12 credit hrs as full time to complete graduation in 4 years. we have 3 semesters per year and canada uni i guess have 2 semesters.

What shall i put here now? part time or full time???

I think there is a error in EE profile...if its masters level, this should not be 15 hrs per week...they need to update their system

It doesnt matter what your university considers. What CIC and ECA considers is final.
