Study Plan length

Hello,

I am preparing to apply for study permit. My checklist says that I'll have to write a one page study plan which would answer some questions(I am not writing them here as I believe you all are quite familiar with them)
My questions are-
Is there any problem if I write more than one page ? It's really hard to describe everything in one page.
What font size should I use ?
