Which country are you applying from? Have you read the visa application guide for your country.

Im applying from sri lanka. I need to know whether sponsor's personal loan will work as proof of funds or does it have to be an educational loan in order to get study permit.

If you have a personal loan, why don't you transfer the money from the loan account into a bank account in your name.

if my sponsor having the loan and transfered into his bank account will work?

You will need a sponsorship certificate showing that they will sponsor you. You can see threads in this forum for how to go about it.

This can be tricky since you'll have to show the source of funds. IRCC will not be sure whether your father will simply return the money once you have the visa. A personal loan will raise questions and I'm not sure it will work especially since you've already been denied once before.

An educational loan is a much better way to go.

I also can only get a personal loan because Im not doing university studies, can my sibling take a loan in their account and then transfer the amount to my bank as a gift deed? or rather I get the loan in my account and sibling cosigns or writes letter of sponsorship to pay my monthly instalments?
