Study Permit

Hello everyone! I got my student permit in the immigration when I arrived here last month. My Port of entry was in Toronto. I had observation that one of the conditions states that:
Must leave Canada by xxxxx
But I saw my friend's student permit she has no condition like that.
Why does student permit varries?
Does it mean i have to leave Canada even tho I will apply for PGWP after grad?

All study permits run until a certain date, so your friend must have a date of expiry somewhere. Are you sure it's a study permit they have?

You can apply for PGWP after you graduate as long as you submit it while the study permit is valid. Is your college/university public or private?
