Hi! I am an international student right now. I have some questions regarding the off-campus working eligibility of my study program. Back in 2021 summer, I took 1 semester of summer course part-time due to Covid, in my Associate of Science: Computer Science Degree. This summer(2022 summer) i swap my programme to Associate of Science(General Science) degree. I am likely to fulfill my graduation requirements next semester (Spring semester 2023 would be my last semester)
My question is: given that on IRCC website, the condition of part-time students to work off-campus is to "
•you’re only studying part-time, instead of full-time, because:
×××you’re in the last semester of your study program and you don’t need a full course load to complete your program and
×××you were a full-time student in your program in Canada, up until your last semester.
I would like to ask that for my case, I am still available to work off-campus in Spring 2023 since I changed my programme?
