Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm Marlon, 45 years old. I got accepted to Durham College in Ontario for a 2-Year Diploma in Electronics Engineering for the September 2014 intake. Can my wife and 3 children accompany me to canada? My eldest is 22 years old, currently studying in a university and has been financially dependent on us, the second one is 16 and will just graduate high school, youngest is 14. Can I apply for Study permit with them included, as my dependents or is it risky? Can my wife also apply for an Open work permit? Thanks hope to hear from you soon

Pre-Assessed..
The 22 year old needs his/her own study permit.

The younger ones, you would apply for study permit for minor. However, if the 16 yo. is supposed to go to university now, you would need to find one that accepts him or her so you can apply for a study permit. The 14 yo. will simply go to high school.

Your wife can apply for an open work permit.
