Hello.

My TOEFL got expired 4 days back. Is it possible to get Study Permit with expired TOEFL? Or I will have to give the TOEFL test again?

What I am worried about is my studies is going to start from Jan 10th, 2022 and wonder if I will get Study Permit on time.

I have paid the 1st term tution fees and got the LOA from the college.

Hello Spectra,

Stating the country you are applying from would have been helpful to advise you on whether to take the IELTS test (only) or not.

If you are not from an English-speaking country, take the IELTS test instead of TOEFL and score as high as 6 in each band module. This is if you have not submitted your application already.

Also, paying tuition can help demonstrate financial availability, but not a criterion to a possible approval as there are other crucial aspects like home ties, demonstration of genuine study intent, and your employment situation, etc. If you don't get your permit before your class's commencement, you have the option to defer to the next available intake. In the case, you have not submitted and needs help writing a convincing SOP, visit GCMSWriters.com

Thanks for the reply.
I am applying from India. My TOEFL score is 82/120 and I had given the test in September 2019.
