Study permit with dual intent

Hi everyone,

I am new here and found that this is a very active group.

Kindly I want your advice if you had a similar situation. I got admission to Canadian university and I have an active EE profile but my score is low 463. Please advise

1. If I should mention in the letter of explanation that I have EE profile
2. Do you have a sample letter with justification for duel intent
3. I have a valid visit visa - multiple entry to Canada and I visited Canada twice, so could this be in any help for my application
