Study permit with another admission offer

Hi all,
I got an admission offer for a pre-master year for September2020, (this program is just in September, not other semesters ), I am wondering if I can get the visa with this program and get another admission offer for winter2021 and get my study permit in the airport with the second admission offer.
is it possible?
