Yes, be hopeful. The highlighted financial documents is quite impressive which matters most in Study Permit app
..also, you didn't state your full academic profile which is another thing to consider.
One other thing, if your have (3 minors) dependents accompanying you to study, you must demonstrate sufficient funds for upkeep while staying and studying which you've done but your half tuition fee can draw an eyebrow up... but no panic though just my own little observation

The semester fee was what the school requested i pay before giving me the acceptance letter
Hi i got refusal..i also applied with my 2 kids age 8&5....my husband was sponsoring me...and his bank statement was 90k $ cad.
We have good travel history too..even have Candian TRV valid till 2019..and UAS valid visa ...8 schingen visas
I am disappointed with my results ..i payed colege half fee 8,600 $ cad.

If you submit an employment letter, it is of so much importance to have submitted a study leave letter because it shows great home ties... leave letter is part of an assurance that you will be returning back to your country.. be positive and hopeful for a favorable outcome
I’m also waiting for my acceptance to apply for a study permit but we are applying for visit visas first (TRV)

If you get TRV, you can apply for your family. You can also apply alone for study permit and also for family as accompanying dependents which you then have to apply for a TRV for them concurrently as you are applying for a SP or when you get there or after your SP have being approved
Yes, true.. Children on TRVs can attend school if a parent have a SP/WP without a SP as a minor but immediately above the age of a minor, the child(ren) needs to apply for a SP to be able to study

They can, your family can accompany you as a dependent.. but it will be tedious and very expensive as you have to convince the VOs by showing proof of sufficient funds to cover all(family and you) of the living and school expenses
Honestly, your best chances of getting a SP more easier is going alone(cheaper and very easy to convince the VOs that you can take care of your living expenses) and maybe they can join you later
Mind you, some people do also get visa even with family accompanying them...

yes I know it’s easier to get the SP alone, that’s why I ask.
We are going to apply for visits THEN I’ll apply for SP so that I’m sure they can come with me if I’m granted one.

Don't just conclude that you will be denied a SP because you are a stay at home mom.. If you arrange and put your documents properly, there will be no issues. Getting approval is been able to convince the VOs. Many people with wack applications has sometimes been given visas while some refused
