Hi, I have an active EE profile, but now I want to apply for a study permit, and I found this question in the form: Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? Please provide details... Do I have to state there that I have an active EE profile? Does that applies to my wife as well?(she'll apply for a open work permit).
