Hi,
Let me start with giving u the important details so that u can easily understand where my confusion is.
- I am the Primary applicant of our EE application and I am living in my home country. Whereas, my wife (the dependent applicant) is living in Canada with study permit.
- Our EE application is at last stage. Having said that, we have sent our passports for VISA stamps and waiting eagerly receive them back, hopefully by the end of last week of February.
- My wife, the dependent applicant has an official tour out of Canada in the first week of April
Now, my question is, if she goes out of Canada, will she be ALLOWED to ENTER in CANADA again, Considering the situation where the PA (myself) has not landed yet in Canada. As far my knowledge goes, in such case, the PA must land in Canada FIRST so that PR visa can be invoked.
Am I right on this point? Please shed some light on this point.
