Dear all, ;D
I have obtained a study permit in sask, as well as I was nominated by SINP OID.
Of course I made application for PR to CIC.
My question is that is it OK to travel to Sask and start my studies for the first time? will that effect my PR application processing?

no, student permit has no effect on PR application (provided you have disclose it properly)
