Study permit still did not come in mail after 6 weeks

Hello,
I am already in Canada and extended my study permit. It got approved, but I was supposed to get a secure mail by post.

It has been more than 6 weeks. I was told in the document to contact after 6 weeks if I don't get it.
I don't think I missed the mail because I stay there itself. In any case, if I missed it, does it cause any problem?
I have sent my query through webform. But it will take time.

I am in a similar situation with my PGWP. I got approved Aug 9th, didn't receive it for almost 2 months. Then I called them and they said they will reissue it, it has been 2 weeks now and I still didn't receive my document.
