hello i am a student when i applied for visa, my passport was valid for next 8 months only so visa stamped on my passport was upto the date of validity of passport besides a letter(which immigrants have to show to border services officers) from CIC on which it was written that my visa is approved and in the table below validity of my visa upto date of passport validity with type IMM1346 and validity upto my study commpletion with type IMM1442SP was written.now i got my renewed passport and need to renew my study permit.here my question is-do i have to follow the procedure same as to extend stay (including funds proofs to be shown)?please help as soon as possible because i have very few days left to apply for it.
