Study permit renewal require medical result

Please I want to extend my study permit, but I discovered that the application requires me to also upload my medical result. Unfortunately I don't have the one I did in my country.
Please what do you suggest that I should do? Thanks.

How long ago did you take it? Do you have it in your home country? Could somebody send it to you by courier?

I was not given medical result. It was sent to the Canadian High commission in my country. However, I was given a receipt. I have called the hospital where I did the test and they asked me to send someone. Thanks
