I've had three rejections, out of these two (in the CAIPS notes) state that my parent previously tried to include me in his permanent residence application however i could not be included because i was overage. What is your opinion? What can be done about this?

We are doing something similar.

We (parents) are in the process of obtain our PR, currently we are in the Medical stage.

but we will try that our grown child travel with us as an International Student.

In our application we didn't include him whatsoever, only was mentioned in our family information form.

My question is how declare you your parents?

Sorry friend for the bad news !
