Study permit rejction at airport HELP!

I applied for a student visa for petroluim engineer diploma for January 2019 intake and i got the visa from the embassy on my passport however due to some reasones i could not make it for this intake and due to the fact that on my acceptance letter it mentions that i need to submit final anticipated graded only and these grades are for my IELTS test which i would not get the required score in to inter the course so i changed my course to english second language for may intake due to the fact i had the visa at this time using petroluim engineering diploma and i currently have my English language foundation acceptance letter from the same collage and a visa the i got from petrolium engineering would i face a problem with the officer at the airport?

Was a conditional offer letter lik u need to do an english

Well i showed profe that i studied in english schools and it was a condittional offer

It said on my acceptance letter that i still have to submit my anticipated grades which are my ielts

But it didnot specifically say english
