Hello Guys,
Trust you are well.. Need some advice.

I have been refused study permit twice last year. I have contracted a lawyer and we filed for judicial review. We won the case and the decision was overturned by the federal court.

We submit a new application which was supposed to be verified by a new visa officer but sadly study permit was refused again for practically same reasons which is 'Travel History & Purpose of Visit.

Grateful if there's anyone who can give me an advise of what can be done now? My lawyer is proposing me to file for Judicial Review a second time.....

Thanking you in advance guys...

You'll need to provide your complete profile. Your age, country of origin, IELTS results, past education and marks, employment experience, ties to your home country, what program you applied for in Canada, etc.

Appealing is almost always a waste of time with study permits. Best option is to strengthen your application and reapply. IMO your lawyer is giving you bad advice. I would certainly not appeal again.
