STUDY PERMIT REFUSAL

Hello Guys,
My student permit application was yesterday. I want to find out if you are required to submit new documents like Bank account statement and sponsorship letter to reapply.

Mine was refused based on travel history and I wish to reapply again.
Anybody with idea should help out.

bank statement should be for the last 4 months. May be the ones you submitted last time are already old and wont cover the recents months.
