Hi,
I got study permit refusal with SPOWP application. Main reason is " I am not satisfied sufficient family ties remain outside of Canada" from GCMS notes. There are other reasons such as Applicants or Applicant's family's establishment as shown by the evidence of income / employment / income / business activity that submitted not satisfied that financial available will remain inside the Canada.
>> I proved that sufficient financial and where are they from. My source incomes are in oversea bank and not my home country. that can be problem?
Honestly, I am a bit weak in travel history ( never travel similar economic countries of Canada) and don't have property with my name.
So, I am thinking reapply by myself only without SPOWP. I got future employment letter with some amount from my current employer in my home country to join back after I studied in Canada. I can also show some social tie that I am contributing in the community since 3 years ago.
I would like to get your suggestions that I can prepare to be strong in home country tie.
Thank you,
Aung
