Hi guys. I am hoping to go to UBC for Term 2. But I have a couple of questions regarding my application.
I am currently an international student in the USA. I'm legally residing here (Valid i-94 and i20), but my visa is expired. I was told by email from the Canadian Consulate that as long as I am a legal resident I can apply for visa. Which is great.
I'm also getting a new passport. So my question is: do I upload ALL my passport/i20/i94 documents under the "Passport" section on the CIC website? Since I can only upload one file per document requirement. I'm thinking that I will make one PDF that has my new passport, my old passport relevant pages (info page, USA visa page, stamp pages?), and also on the same PDF include the i20/i94 document?
And another thing is that I need to include additional documents for employment, since there's only three spots and I need more. Should I attach these additional documents (which is a print out of the appropriate page, and where the information is handwritten).
I think that is all for now. If someone can help with these answers, it would be really awesome!
Thanks, guys. Super helpful website and a lot of helpful people here
