Hello. I have applied in vancouver for a 12 months diploma course for game design n animation. my mother is a British citizen and she is sponsoring my entire tution fee as well as the living expenses. she currently resides in UK since she works there. we have a owned house and bank accounts in India. Will it be sufficient to prove my ties with my home country. my father does not live with us anymore.. cud i be denied on the fact that i do not have a family in India as a result I wud not come back. ??

Hi Ravi,
Talking about getting refuse because of the country ties is diffecult as i've been to Canada 2 times before and when i tried to get visa this time i get refused 2 times because of the country ties,so looking at your case if the imgration officer who gets your papers is easy going i think you wouldn't have diffeculties to get it so just apply and see what happens.Hope this works

Hi 04 my sponsor was my parents and for the first time i didn't get interview nor medical checkup and they refused me for the second time i didn't get interview and i have had the medical checkup and then refused me so what do you think

The reason for my refusal was country ties the same thing they keep telling everyone i guess

I'm Saudi so do you know any strong ties that can help us to get the visa or did you apply again and what happend

Hi 04el
Did you apply again and did you get accepted or not yet? hope to hear from you

Hi,
i wanted to see if you get approved with your ties so i can ask what prove did you give to get accepted you know

if one has kids left at home with his parents will it help?
