So if a person apply ONLINE from a different country than his country of birth/citizenship then the processing time will be according to the current country he is now residing OR the country of birth/citizenship? For example: Processing time in India is 4 weeks but in Malaysia its 6 weeks, so if the person applies from Malaysia who is from India then what will be his processing time?
