Study permit online application

Hi,
I have received my letter of acceptance from Ottawa university and started my online application for study permit.
I have gone through online assessment and received my personal code showing my eligibility to apply for study permit outside Canada.
I have created myCIC and followed all instructions then uploaded my documents but this system doesn't give me the option to move on to next step which is paying my study permit application fee and fingerprint . Could you please tell me where I might have been wrong? I am literally desperate how I can end up submitting my online application to my visa office? any help is greatly appreciated.

What error are you getting ?
You might have not uploaded a form that needs to be uploaded and that's why you can't proceed .
