STUDY PERMIT Online application FEES payment HOW??

Hello, I am trying to find how to pay fees for on the IRCC account for our temporary resident visa, study permit and biometrics? After uploading the documents I don't see any option to pay the fees online? The only thing that's missing in my application is the CAQ letter. Is that mandatory before paying the fees or can I upload that after paying the fees?

If you don’t have CAQ then cannot apply for a study permit. Who is applying for a TRV?
