What will happen if you change your experience duration for study permit after refusal. Accidentally entered a wrong details first time and want to change it now. Changing those details are right decision?

For the purpose of a study permit, it doesn't matter. At the time of PR when you will claim points for your work experience, then your work experience is a critical piece.
Go ahead with whatever dates you want to mention as long as it comes with evidence.

You don't need to mention a mistake, you only need to correct it this time. Don't complicate it.
