Study Permit Holder Dependent of TR to PR applicant

Hello, I am a current Study Permit holder and am a dependent of the main applicant who've recently applied for the TR to PR Stream B (on June 22nd, 2021). With the recently introduced program of briding OWP, I noticed that any dependent are eligible to apply for this program as well. However, I did not read specifically whether they are only available for OWP or also available for Study Permit Extension.
