study permit got refused-Purpose of visit

Hi

I applied for study permit for the first time and i got rejected the reason being " Purpose of visit" and " not satisfying the VO that i will go back to my home country( Iran ) due to lack of ties".

in a nutshell:

-All my family is in Iran
-Personally i don't own any assets in Iran
-my biological father passed away when i was a child and im being supported by my godfather who is a real-estate dealer and the bank statement he provided was more than whats needed for a guarantee(80k CAD)
-My offer is from Canadian College which basically offers diploma courses for duration of between 1-2 years. I'm already enrolled in a uni in china doing 3rd year BA in broadcasting but i was planning to leave to Canada for the rest of my studies.


Questions:

Why did i get a refusal?

will it help to provide the visa officer with a job offer from my country to prove that I'll go back? how about also buying a return ticket for after graduation?

some of my documents were not returned(e.g. Bank statement ) , Do i have to provide all the documents all over again and then reapply?


I would really appreciate it if any of you gents can help me.

I think you have to make strong SOP and be specify about your purpose of visit and about your future plans. I think , VO concluding from your application, that you will not come back from Canada , so make strong SOP and reapply again, All the best.
