Study Permit got denied because of missing evidence of biometrics, but I didn't get a letter for a biometric appointment

Hi,
I applied for a study permit in late april. Yesterday I got a message that my permit got denied, because I have failed to comply with the request for photographic and fingerprint evidence.
But I never got any request about it at all and I need a letter from IRCC to go to a specific place to get the photos and biometrics.

This is the reason I got denied:

• You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for photographic and fingerprint evidence.

Can anyone help me out here?
