I'm commencing a bachelor degree in Ontario this September and I just submitted and paid for my study permit application online. I'm just a bit confused as I thought I would've needed to submit the IMM 5645 (Family Information) form as well as a national police check (and my full driving history since I'm from Victoria), but the application process didn't ask for any of those.
Do I not need to submit these three documents at all, or are they requested separately from the application?
