Hello. We live in Canada on work permit. My 3 year old son has visitor record and goes in daycare. Can we apply for study permit for him?
We want to change his status in Canada from visitor record to study permit.

If he qualifies sure but typically they only process them for 4+ year olds who qualify to attend public school.
