Study permit for students from USA

I don't know. Suggest you spend some time reading through posts in the Foreign Workers section of the forum.

I am also a bit confused about this question in the SOWP questionnaire:

What type of work permit do you want to apply for?
a) A work permit with a Labour Market Impact Assessment
b) A work permit with a Labour Market Impact Assessment exemption
c) A work permit for a spouse, common-law partner or child of a skilled worker or international student

I'm thinking it should be c) for our case?
